How long does it take to cook meat in a traditional rotisserie?
A typical “roaster” chicken with a raw weight of 2.5lbs to 3.5lbs will be ready to serve after only an hour in our traditional spit units. Cook time in our convection units runs at 1H 10 minutes.
Cook time for other products and meats will vary depending on the total cook weight placed inside the unit.
