Is there a difference between gas and electric unit in final product?
In either case, our units provide the intense dry heat needed to perfectly cook products. The magic happens when our customers use their special blend of spices/marinades/rubs combined with that high heat. It is very difficult to discern a difference in the result of a side-by-side comparison of a product cooked with gas vs electricity.
