Every 6 months (performed by local service company)
- Check and clean all gas injectors.
- Remove outer left panel – loosen the gas inlet
- Clean with a long rod with cloth soaked in rubbing alcohol.
- Clean screen filters inside each gas burner.
- Remove burner shield - Clean internal gas burner shaft.
- Check for motor alignment and potential wear due to misalignment
- Lubricate the motor rails and check they are perfectly level – Tighten holding bolts as needed
- Remove outer right panel.
- Check thermo couples – replace as needed
- Check halogen light – replace as needed
- Check for side clearance – 6 “recommended if a new appliance has been installed. Proper side clearance will prevent the motors from overheating.
