How to maintain your Traditional Rotisserie

Learn more about the maintenance schedule for your traditional rotisserie.

Every 6 months (performed by local service company)

  • Check and clean all gas injectors.
    • Remove outer left panel – loosen the gas inlet
    • Clean with a long rod with cloth soaked in rubbing alcohol.
  • Clean screen filters inside each gas burner.
    • Remove burner shield - Clean internal gas burner shaft.
  • Check for motor alignment and potential wear due to misalignment
  • Lubricate the motor rails and check they are perfectly level – Tighten holding bolts as needed
    • Remove outer right panel.
  • Check thermo couples – replace as needed
  • Check halogen light – replace as needed
  • Check for side clearance – 6 “recommended if a new appliance has been installed. Proper side clearance will prevent the motors from overheating.
