How do I clean my traditional spit rotisserie?

Full cleaning instructions are included, along with the owner’s manual, with all our new units. No special chemicals or tools needed: just warm water, high strength degreaser, a good sponge and a dry rag. The grease is captured in the lower drip pan making its disposal quick and safe. Typical cleaning time is 20 minutes when the operator is fully trained on the process.
